There are no nationality restrictions. Selection process Applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee through a competitive and transparent evaluation process. Selection is based on leadership potential, motivation and personal statement, academic or professional achievements, community involvement, vision for creating positive impact, and overall quality of the application.
